The way we do it.
This article would be useful for those, who want to try out an amazing opportunity to visualize a project before it is actually built/created, and also for those, who have already used services of 3D-visualisation and want to get familiar with our workflow.
Every project consists of several stages.
One of the most important is the collection of information. We ask client for as much as possible details on the project at this stage.
We divide the materials of the project in two categories: technical and creative. The technical ones are the blueprints of an architectural facility and areas nearby, the materials of the surfaces and it’s colors, the geometrical parameters of objects, etc. The creative ones are compositions, camera angles, photo references with a certain mood, examples of lighting.
The more information we get, the more precise the result will be and the less time it will get.
As soon as we have the details, we begin the second stage – the stage of 3D-modelling.
At this stage we create models without textures, set the cameras and make a “gray” test renders. If a client wants models or camera angles to be changed, he has an opportunity to do it twice.
And, finally, once the client is satisfied with a test render, we may begin the most interesting stage.
We create the materials, harmonize every single detail, control the colors and lights in order to achieve photorealism.
We give our clients test previews, which can be changed up to 3 times.
Once our client is fully satisfied with a picture, we make a final rendering with a post-production.
Also, we guarantee 24/7 project support during our work, attention paid to every detail and finish on time.
